What do you choose? Why do you choose what you choose?
Do you regret choosing it?
I’m someone who loves to think (read overthink) through every decision I make. I like to see things from as many perspectives as I can and then try to create a whole picture and my own opinion. The logical and analytical person in me is always there first.
However, as soon as I have to make a decision, these thoughts fade and I’m left with a strong feeling. A gut feeling, a message from the heart. And when that arrives, there’s nothing that will change my mind afterwards. I trust my heart and follow the way it shows me. Until this point it has never done me wrong. I’m very grateful for what life has teached me and for everything that it will teach me in the future. This neither hasn’t been an easy ride, nor will it be and that’s the magic of it. All the ups and the downs have prepared and will continue to prepare me for something that I have yet to find out. Something deeper, something real. But for now, I’m where I’m supposed to be and you are too.
I truly believe there are no right decisions. Because if you think there are right decisions, you assume that the universe will either reward you or punish you for choosing something. But the universe has no fixed agenda. Once you make a decision, the universe will work around it. There is no right or wrong, only possibilities that shift with each thought, feeling and action that you experience.
So breath out. Everything will be okay, actually, more that okay. You will stumble, you will learn and then you will grow.
What is your way of choosing? What are you listening to - brain, heart or something else?
Whatever it is, trust that it’s perfect for you and will lead you towards one of the wildest of journeys. The journey called life. And it is there to be cherished, enjoyed and lived❤️
